It aims to contribute to the training, qualification, and development of the human resources of Assalam Foundation, as well as those of its partners, in the fields of management, administration, and the governance of institutions and civil society organizations.
To prepare civil society actors with the necessary knowledge and competencies to effectively manage organizations through an integrated scientific and practical approach that responds to changing realities, applies modern theories and learning methods, and contributes to greater effectiveness and positive impact within the Foundation and among its partners.
